Hi everybody, well this is our first Blog and it's so people can keep an eye on what we're up to and doing with our lives. It's quite hard to keep in contact with everybody so I thought it easier to set this up. Also it is a great way to show photos rather than clogging up everyone's emails. To view the photos just click on the photo itself and it will take you directly to the photo in Picasa or click here and it will take you to the album.

Well the kids are growing up so fast and I know everybody says it but you notice it more when they're yours. Preston is 18 Months old and he's just running around everywhere. He's very active and loves jumping on his Trampoline. Danielle is doing a great job with the 2 boys, they're always happy and in great moods when I get home from work. Well most of the time... Lincoln is now 11wks old and is a little legend. He is such a placid baby all the time, but how long is this going to last before he starts running a muck with Presto. He is starting to smile a lot and he had his first go in the jolly jumper the other day and I think Preston enjoyed it more by pushing Lincoln up and down and all over the place... hehe lucky he couldn't get too crazy with us right beside him.
This month so far has been dedicated to tidying up our clutter and getting ready for a move overseas if it ever happens (more on this later), and it has proved to be very successful so far with many loads to the local dump and starting a small collection of items to sell or giveaway. We still have plenty to do and will slowly start packing everything up. I'm glad Toni liked the ceramic vase that I offered to her..... seen as she bought it for us..... whoops.
However, the job hunting is not turning out to be as easy as we all expected. The financial crisis is causing chaos on the job front both here and overseas. I have applied for many jobs with very little response so we're not holding our breaths and just getting on with life here until something pops up. We'll continue to search because we're very keen to go but we just have to wait and see what the market is doing. So watch this space.

Nanna was just down for her monthly meetings for work and had a great visit catching up with us and the kids. The kids love seeing their grandparents especially when they can see them on skype. If anyone is on skype our user name is river_wizard and if you're not than you can download it from here. You just have to send us a text or an email to tee up a time.
If your wondering where the name River Wizard came from it's my Poker nick name. For those who still don't know how it comes about, the 'River card' is the last card turned over in Texas Hold'em and can obviously change the game if your card turns over.
Anyway enjoy the blog and make it a favourite because it's not viewable to the public and you can't search for it.
