The month of May
Well this month was pretty busy and eventful, with Gerard & Doms Wedding, Mothers Day and just plain fun with the boys.
The wedding was absolutely gorgeous and Dominie did a great job of organising everything. I'm not sure what Gerard organised but I'm sure he did something..... that's right he was supposed to organise a park for the photographer at the motel..... I don't think that actually happened though.... While the girls were getting ready frantically trying to sort out the final touches the boys sorted their issues out over a game of putt putt.... which I won of course... those Ferguson boys are soft. I don't think Gerard's head was on the game, the bear was trying to sniff his butt all day.
It was a great weekend with great company, a great location, we even caught a Titans game, and the weather was perfect for a wedding. I recommend Burleigh Heads to anyone who wants to have a relaxing weekend at the beach. I haven't uploaded all the wedding photos but I will get around too it eventually and I'm busy doing their video at the moment so hang 5.
Mothers Day
Well Mothers day was again great weather and we started off with Preston cooking a nice breakfast of Bacon and eggs and then we went down to New Farm park where we caught up with Toni & Andrew and had a throw of
Andrews 175g competition Frisbee.... I never knew they were supposed to be weighted. It was an awesome day and we went for a long relaxing walk when we got home that afternoon. Well it wasn't that relaxing when Preston kept running off with Lincoln in the Pram... it was all good though. We also had breakfsast down at South Bank on the weekend and I went for a jog along the River with the boys. The girls were supposed to come but Danielle was sick and Toni.... well at least she dressed for the part.... just no running. Lucky she came over in the afternoon and ran on the treadmill. The reason for the running
is we've decided to all do the Gold Coast Marathon.... well the 10km run anyway, so we're all trying to get fit... haha Well it's a race to the esky at the other end to see who cracks the first beer.
I was going to go in it with the boys in the pram but I got on the website and read that no prams are allowed.... Not happy Jan!! Lucky for Dom though because now she has an excuse for not running, she can look after he kids. Little does she know they'll be a handful.
Sienna Grace Turley was born this month also. Congratulations Mark & Jodie she is a gorgeous litle girl.
Sam was supposed to move in this month but more hold-ups and maybe it will happen next month. Fingers crossed XX. It's looking pretty good though.
I could keep going on forever but we'll leave it at that. Take care.
