James & the Boys - Day 14

I woke up a few times throughout the night to check on the boys because of the dust storm because I could taste it when I was asleep and they were all good. I was pretty tired in the morning though. I could here Preston at 6:45am and I looked at the clock and went he can wait until 7 before I get up and so I closed my eyes. The next time I opened them it was 8am…. Doh! I jumped up to check on the boys and Linc was still fast asleep and Presto was waiting patiently behind the door like he always does. So I let Linc sleep and got Presto organised

I checked the damage from the dust storm and it wasn't too bad inside but the outside was a bit of a mess which was to be expected. The boys had a good sleep which was the main thing.

The first job of the day was to feed Lincoln his medicine and his eye drops…. It really breaks your heart when you make your child scream and know you’re the cause of it. Hopefully it will help.

We really didn't do too much except let the boys run amok outside and inside as they saw fit. They've got the run of the show when dads around.

When we had dinner I was prepared for Lincs outbursts of hate toward my food. So I pureed it all up to a sloppy mess and gave it a go…. Well, well, he liked it this time. The little bugger just doesn't like lumps and there wasn't many in there in the first place….
