James & the Boys - Day 16

Well both boys had a good sleep despite the debarkle yesterday.

Breakfast was fine today and because the boys were good and I felt bad for Presto's head, I decided to take them to 'Go Wild Kids indoor playground Centre'.

It was my first time and from what Danielle told me it was pretty sweet. Well it was pretty damn awesome. The boys had a ball and I had fun just trying to keep up with them all. There was one section with pressurised air guns and foam balls that you could shoot at people. I didn't do any of the shooting but me and Linc were definitely targets for a few of the older boys. Poor ol' Linc copped it in the head when we weren't watching and my first experience was in the back of the head a point blank…. Lucky they didn't hurt at all.

The stitches certainly didn't slow Preston down or even make him cautious of anything that he did. There was one point there where I cringed when he swan dived off a couple of steps into a pit of balls. I think he stills thinks he's unbreakable. It was a pretty awesome playground and Linc had fun to cruising around in the ball pit.

Preston didn't have a real flash sleep and he woke up early so before Linc woke up he helped me wash the Navara. Well he was more interested in filling his bubbet and emptying it and also watering the road. He was pretty cold though the poor kid.

Last night I finished making the dinner I had started before Presto got his stitches and I gave it to the boys for dinner. Well Lincoln took a couple of mouthfuls of his dinner and there was no chance I was going to get any more in….. He just doesn't like my food. Doesn't matter he's gonna get it again tomorrow night the little blighter. Instead of his normal meal he ended up eating my spaghetti and absolutely loved it and made a massive mess. I tried his dinner on him again and no chance….

Before bed Presto's eye was starting to look bad with conjunctivitis so we put some drops in both his eyes and hope that it gets better. Things are looking up though with only 1.5 sleeps to go before mum gets home… I can't wait.
