James & the Boys - Day 6
Time to pack up again and off to Grandads but before we could go anywhere Nanna had promised Joseph a trip to the Water Park and seen as he was coming with me, we all got to go see the bubet that hit Presto in the head. The kids we're deeply disappointed that they had to go, not, so we took them anyway. We had an abundance of helpers today with Nanna, Auntie Carmel, Auntie Doris & Gail all there to give a hand. Lincoln kept them amused because he didn't go in the water today, it was a bit cold. Joseph and Preston got their Lollipops on the way and they were happy as Larry.
We got down to Grandads and it was perfect timing because they had just arrived from Moranbah.
Liz, Clint and Tyson came around for lunch and the boys ran around playing with the toys.
It wasn't too long before we had lunch and then off to bed for the boys. They were pretty tired form the water park so putting them down was easy.
In the afternoon we took the dogs for a walk and checked out the streets of Grasstree to see what's changed.
We had Fish and chips for dinner and Presto worked out that you can eat fish which I assume was pretty strange to him because he kept mentioning, "daddy's Boat, Fishing, eat fish" and then put his hands to his mouth to mimic eating.
The kids went down pretty easy again but Lincoln had a really restless night and the only way I could get him to sleep was on my chest in my bed. It was really cute but rather uncomfortable for me because I was all scrunched up because I didn't want him to fall off the bed. I found out later fro Danielle that he was probably cold and I'm pretty sure she was correct because it was a cool night.
